As I tried Hasaki, my stomach has improved a lot in taking food. I usually replace my lunch or dinner with a Hasaki, mixed with other ingredients in a smoothie (almonds, strawberries, oatmeal, banana) or I just take it by itself; mixed in water.
I love the fact that there is a variety of flavors, vanilla and chocolate, both are delicious. I am actually down one measuring size in cloth. Super excited!!!!
